History of the projects of the group: The group as a bureau had been execute the following: 1-Erecting and operating a concrete factory in Talafer water pump station projects 1992. 2-Supplying and executing end joints& straight joints for ( 33 kv , 11 kv cables) for two projects :Ninavah water Directorate &Ninavha Drug factory, 1992 3-Erection of water pump station for Ninavah drug factory, 1993 . 4-Supplying , erecting &operating softener &de-ionizing water station for Ninavh- Drug factory,1993-1994 5-Welding cast iron pipe line diameter size 1200mm with length 1.8km ,Ninavah , 1994 . 6-Supplying and Erecting fire Fighting pump station in Ninavha Drug factory 1995 . 7-Erecting Air handling units, blowers& chillers in Ninavha Drug factory, 1995 .. 9-Supervising a constructing building project (multi story) at the ministry of Electricity 1996-1997 10-Supplying different controllers &PLCs ,at Al Najef for rubber tyres factory ,Najif,1996. 11-Supplying,erecting,operating and maintenance services for different sizes of Nylon bags ,injection& recycling machines with the private sector in Mosul city ,Ninavah , 1997-2003.(The Group owns a Nylon factory bag ). 12-Erecting and operating an asphalt factory(120ton/hr.) &supervising paving road for 14 km length, 1999-2000. 13-Rehabilite with programming a PLC of truck dampers in Silo Al Waelea ,Ninavha,2001. 14-Supervisers with Al Fallih company for supplying boiled hot water pumps to Northern Oil company ,Kirkuk,2001. 15-Changing with Alignment for two pieces of cement Rotary kiln , Northern cement factory ,2002-2003. 16-Executing concrete foundations for different Gasoline tanks, towers for one of the Electric Directorate of Ninavah,2002. 17-Rehabilitatin control rooms for Gas Turbine generators 30MW in Mosul Gas Satation,2004. References of the company 1-Different projects with Mosul municipality in earthworks, sub bases, Irish &paving roads with concrete in different sectors in Ninevah province (2004,2005). 2-The outer Fence of Ibn AlAther hospital in Mosul city (2005). 3-Rehabilitate a Warehouse project in Baghdad,( 2005) 4- Rehabilitate Al Bu Saif Water Drinking Station –Ninavah water directorate (2006). 5-Rehabilitate a Workshops in Mosul Institute ,Ministry of higher education,(2007). 6-Different projects in construction :earthworks, sub bases, paving concrete in different sectors in, Mosul Municipality, (2006&2007). 7-Executing a building project 3 stories with area 1100m2 each 3 floors ) in Mosul university, Ministry of High Education, (2007). 8- Executing building and sport hall project in area 1300m2 ( 2 floors )with all its utilities& furniture’s in Mosul Technical college, Ministry of Higher Education Ninavah, (2008) 14-Constructing Al Hadba Sewage pump station with its treatment tanks ,Submersible pumps, different sizes of pipe line(250-900mm ) within 1km length(Ductile, P.V.C) as a joint venture with Al Arabi co. for general contracts , Ninavah Sewage Directorate, 2008-2009. 15-Rehabltating Mosul University staduim , Ministry of High Education, (2009) as a joint venture with Sama nenawa co.for general contravts ltd, Ministry of High Education, (2009). 16-Construction for workshop and labs building 2 stories with 5000 m2 and supplying all technical testing labs(material, environmental, survey) equipments ,also furnitures as a joint venture with Al Arabi co. for general contracts in Mosul Technical college, Ministry of Higher Education ,Ninavah,(2009-2010). 17-Excuting presidency building and project building in Mosul University (10000m2 –five stories),1900m2 (five stories)With all utilities (decoration ,ventilation VRF system 600ton …) as a joint venture with Al Arabi co. for general contracts Ministry of Higher Education ,Ninavah,(2010-2012) . 18- Rehabilitation for sports hall and swimming pool ,new penthouses area 2500m2 at the Athletic collage in Mosul University ,Ministry of Higher Education ,(2011-2012). 19- Executing a building project 3 stories with area 1100m2 each 3 floors ) as a joint venture with Al Arabi co. for general contracts in Mosul university, Ministry of High Education, (2011-2012). 20- Executing an Emergency department building in Al Salam Hospital project as 2 stories with area 3000m2 each floors with all utilities from chillers air washers elevators pumps and all electric equipments as transformers generators and building management systems with medical gases and medical devices ….as a joint venture with Al Arabi co. for general contracts, Ministry of Health (2012-till 2014).
